CICETE Attended the Unveiling Ceremony of UNIDO ITPO ERCC
On the afternoon of August 13, the UNIDO Investment and Technology Promotion Office（ITPO）Beijing Project Eastern Regional Coordination Center (ERCC) was officially inaugurated in HanYu Gold Valley in Jinan. CICETE Deputy Director-General Zhang Yi attended the unveiling ceremony and delivered a speech.
In the speech, Mr. Zhang Yi expressed his vision for the ITPO Project ERCC and hoped that it would actively promote investment and technological cooperation, and contribute to China’s efforts in further opening-up and achieving high-quality development, and the realization of UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The unveiling ceremony was also attended by Mr. Liu Dianxun, Director-General of the China Investment Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Commerce, Mr. Wu Yabin, Director of the ITPO project, and Mr. Yin Qingzhong, Vice Mayor of Jinan.
Before the ceremony, Mr. Zhang Yi attended a meeting with the Director of the ITPO project and representatives from relevant departments of Jinan Municipal government, listened to the introduction of the work progress of the ITPO project in the first half of this year and the cooperation needs of Jinan city, and exchanged views with participants on the future work direction of the ITPO Project ERCC.
