UCSSIC supported the First Training Workshop on Commercial Biogas Technology in Cambodia
From May 28 to June 1, 2018, the First Training Workshop on Commercial Biogas Technology was held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, supported by the UNIDO Center for South-South Industrial Cooperation (UCSSIC/China) project. The training workshop, attended by a total of 26 technicians, aims to strengthen biogas technology capacity in Cambodia, help manage agricultural waste and mitigate the impact on local environment. The workshop was also supported by the Biogas Institute of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China, UNIDO Country Office in Cambodia and the Royal University of Agriculture in Cambodia.
The UCSSIC/China project is managed and coordinated by CICETE. Its project office is also located in CICETE.
