Deputy Director General Zhao Attends Berlin T20 Conference
11-13 May 2016, Berlin — The Conference on the 2030 Agenda and Pathways to Sustainable Development, co-hosted by the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS), German Development Institute (DIE) and Friedrich Ebert Foundation (FES) was held in Berlin on May 11-13, 2016.The conference focused on the discussion of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its relevance to the future of international cooperation. CICETE Deputy Director General Zhao Zhongyi attended the conference.
During the visit, Zhao Zhongyi met with DIE Director Dirk Messner. Both sides introduced their respective organizations and shared the opinions about G20 issues in the field of development. They agreed on building strategic partnership and exploring the potential of South-South cooperation and international exchanges.
