Family Wetland Projec Launched in Chongzhou
30 October 2014, Chongzhou – CICETE joining hands with Coca-Cola China, World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Chongzhou City Government and Chongzhou City Water Resources Bureau, launched the Family Wetland Project on 30 October 2014 in Jiezi Old Town in Chongzhou city, which was selected as a pilot city in Sichuan Province to join the project. The project aims at building family wetlands to recycle waste water in agri-tourism into clean water to be distributed back to the nature.
CICETE Director General Yao Shenhong attended the launch ceremony and delivered a speech “The Family Wetland Project perfectly matches our ‘Building a Beautiful China’ vision. It works out a solution to realize both economic and social values for the vast rural areas. We are looking forward to cooperating with Coca-Cola China and WWF to expand the mature technology to more provinces”.
