CICETE Deputy Director-General Zhang Yi Met with the New Representative and Head of UNIDO Regional Office
On the morning of April 30, Ms. Tonilyn Lim, the new Representative and Head of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Regional Office in Beijing (UBO), and Mr. Ma Jian, Deputy Representative of UNIDO Regional Office, visited China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges (CICETE).
DDG Zhang Yi, on behalf of CICETE, extended sincere congratulations to Ms. Tonilyn Lim on her appointment as the Representative and Head of UNIDO Regional Office for China, DPR Korea and Mongolia, and reviewed the overall situation of the cooperation between CICETE and UNIDO. Ms. Tonilyn Lim thanked CICETE for its strong support to UNIDO projects in China, and expressed her willingness to further deepen cooperation with CICETE to promote the achievement of ISID and SDGs.
The two sides exchanged views on specific arrangements for project cooperation between China and UNIDO.
