As an overseas training organizer authorized by State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, CICETE has organized international training and study tour for hundreds of administrative officers from institutions such as the State Auditing Administrating system, Agricultural Technology Development and Administration, finance and accounting systems, environmental protection agencies, retailing trade and human resources management to Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and other countries.
