CICETE Holds UN Procurement Briefing for MOFCOM Senior Officials
8 May 2009, Beijing - CICETE held a UN Procurement Briefing, introducing the modules and experience of UN acquisition and procurement management to Vice Minister of Commerce Fu Ziying, as well as senior officials from Department of Aid to Foreign Countries, Department of Finance and Executive Bureau of International Economic Cooperation. Vice Minister Fu stressed that China’s foreign aid projects can learn from the advance experience of UN procurement and be improved step by step.
