CICETE Builds Partnership with TTT in New Zealand


14 September 2012, Wellington – Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between CICETE and Training and Technical Transfer (TTT) was signed by authorized officers in Wellington, New Zealand on September 14, 2012, which setting the seal on the new cooperative relationship between both sides. CICETE and TTT will make full use of their respective advantages and resources to start a fruitful cooperation in the areas of international education, training and exchanges.

The MOU Signing Ceremony was held in James Cook Hotel in Wellington, New Zealand. Mr. Xu Jianguo, Ambassador of China in New Zealand and COOK islands, and Ms. Amanda Ellis, Deputy Secretary of International Development Group under Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade witnessed the signing of the cooperation agreement and delivered congratulatory speeches.

TTT is an international organization in New Zealand, carrying out cooperative projects in the field of social development for many developing countries with the support and aid funds from New Zealand government, private sectors and other resources. CICETE, as its cooperation partner in China, is expected to start social development projects in China this year.
